Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 days after your order is processed. Delivery times may be longer during holidays, sales periods or customs delays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to update after dispatch.

Multiple items
Items from one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
